Grilled salmon with lemon

Cooking time: 10 minutes.

Ingredients

  • 4 pieces of salmon fillet;
  • salt, ground black pepper - to taste;
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil;
  • ¼ glass of white wine;
  • 1½ lemon;
  • 2 cloves of garlic;
  • a pinch of red pepper;
  • 2 tablespoons butter;
  • 1 lemon;
  • 2 tablespoons fresh dill.

Preparation

Place a large frying pan over medium heat, heat the oil and add the fillets, skin side up. Season with salt and pepper. Fry until golden brown, then turn over.

Add wine, juice of 1 lemon, chopped garlic and red pepper. Bring to a boil, pouring the sauce over the fillets.

When the salmon darkens, remove it. Melt the butter in a frying pan and pour in the juice of ½ lemon. Mix well. The sauce should cook until it thickens. This will take approximately 2 minutes.

Pour the sauce over the fish, garnish the dish with dill and lemon slices.
