This tasty delicacy will please all family members and will be safe for diabetics. Stevia, which is a natural sugar substitute, adds sweetness to the dough. But you need to remember that the daily intake of stevia for diabetics is 2 grams. The "Korzinka" website suggests trying a cake made with oatmeal.

INGREDIENTS:

  • 150 grams of oatmeal;
  • 100 g cocoa powder (without sugar or sweeteners);
  • 2 eggs;
  • 60 ml low-fat milk;
  • 4 g stevioside;
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil;
  • a packet of baking powder.

COOKING

Mix everything dry and loose, mix to get a homogeneous mass. Beat eggs separately, add milk and butter. Pour the resulting liquid into the dry mixture and knead, then pour into molds. It is important that there is about a third of the volume left in the pan, otherwise the cupcakes will “run away”. Bake at maximum microwave power for 2-4 minutes.

The Basket website says that this recipe is higher in calories than the previous one But strudel is suitable for diabetics if you do not eat it at once.

INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 large apples;
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon;
  • 50 grams of sorbitol or splenda;
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest;
  • juice of half a lemon;
  • 45 grams of margarine;
  • 20 grams of ground walnuts;
  • 5 layers of phyllo dough.

COOKING

Peel the apples, cut out the core and cut into slices. Melt a tablespoon of margarine, add apples, sprinkle with cinnamon and sweetener, add lemon zest and squeeze out the juice. Fry for 10-15 minutes, the apple slices should become softer. As soon as the juice begins to thicken, remove the saucepan from the heat and let cool in a cool place.

Melt the remaining margarine and brush the dough with it - it can be from the store or prepared yourself. Sprinkle the dough with walnuts on each side. To easily turn over and not damage the dough, roll it out on a clean towel from which the dough can be easily removed.

Then spread the filling, leaving 2 cm of dough around the edges for reserve. We also roll the strudel into a roll using a towel or silicone mat. Sprinkle the top with nuts and place in the oven. Bake until golden brown.

The website "Povar.ru" offers a recipe for making sweets for diabetics using lentils or chickpeas.

INGREDIENTS:

  • lentils or chickpeas - 200 g;
  • dried figs - 100-150 g;
  • nuts - 100 g (if desired);
  • water - 4-5 tablespoons;
  • sweetener - to taste;
  • cocoa - 1-2 tablespoons.

COOKING

Before cooking overnight, you need to soak the legumes (in this case chickpeas) in cold water. It is also better to soak dried fruits. Rinse the chickpeas, add clean water and put on fire. Cook for about 45-60 minutes until tender over medium heat. Then drain the water and dry the chickpeas thoroughly. Place it in a blender or meat grinder and grind.

The figs also need to be chopped, if desired, leaving medium pieces so that they can be felt in the candies. You can also add chopped nuts to these sweets. Combine all ingredients and add sweetener to taste. Mix thoroughly to obtain a homogeneous mass. The base is ready.

Now you can take a small amount of the prepared mass and mold candies of any shape from it. To make sweets for diabetics at home tastier and more beautiful, you can sprinkle them with cocoa. Place on a plate and serve.
